Why Is it so hard for some to believe God can teach us one on one?

I have had some people call me all kinds of nasty names because I say we are supposed to all be able to build a good working commnication system with God. In the old Bible God would choose a good man, personally teach him and then send him out to teach others. This worked pretty good up to a point but even the best of men make honest mistakes. At some point God wanted a more perfect way to teach people. The life and death of Jesus gave God the tool he needed where He could personally teach every man, woman and child. 1st John chapter 2 verse 27 calls that tool the Anointing. That scrpture goes one step farther and says when we have received the Anointing we no longert need man to teach us. That simpley means at that point God and Jesus will take over our teaching through the Anointing and teach us their truth Not only can God personally teach us one on one through the Anointing but He can also share His power with us through that same Anointing. Jesus died to make this possible so why do so man people that call themselves Christians deny it?

I agree and disagree with you at the same time my friend. Even without the scriptures, I personally know that God does 1 on 1 tutoring (so to speak) to each individual on this planet who is of course willing to listen. However, I have to say that God uses man to teach primarily, why? because of 2 corinthians chapters 5 where it speaks of the ministry of reconcilation given to man. It is our job to reconcile (bring man into favor with) man to God through the power of His gospel (not our own power or authority). Thats why preachers, pastors, apostles, etc sprout up. And in order to reconcile something to something else, you need to be taught or educated why, who, what, where, when, and how. Thats why we need to be taught in the physical plain. Just a thought.

You are exactly correct and that is exactly what I am saying. It is our job as Christian teachers to help others, beginning with our own children in our home, to get to a point where God can anoint them. At that point God can take charge of their teaching and finish the job right. Man is not supposed to be trying to lead man all the way from the cradle to the grave like he is doing. Churches should be teaching this and the ones that have been anointed and are being taught one on one by God can go to church for the fellowship and direction in church programs. We need to be in contact with like minded people but things are so screwed up very few in the churches agree and wind up arguing about what they believe. Man has always been God's favorite tool and man still has a teaching job to do but at this point he isn't doing it right. Man is not doing his teaching job for a couple of reasons but mainly because most of the Christian teachers have never been anointed with the Holy Ghost. If man hasn't been anointed and taught by God through the Holy Ghost he simply doesn't have the information he needs to give to the people. Only through the anointing will God complete a persons teaching to a point where they are qualified to teach others. One of the big problems is the fact that God can personally teach us and help us to reach a point where He can anoint us. At least in some cases. This causes some people to believe they have received the anointing. Once this happens they are in a trap they can't get out of. Why should they ask God for something they are convinced He has already given them? At a point then God will stop teaching them and their teaching is not complete. These people are not qualified to teach but many of them are.

I think it hard for some people to believe that because it is hard for them to think that God is something other than an unseen being. I know there are people who don't think that God can talk to people and show us things. People don't pay attention to the small things that God does in our lives which is what I am writing about in my Way Of Hope blog. (if you want the url send me a pm and I'll send it to you). Its in the small things that God teaches us.

I think you are correct people cannot see God for what He actually is. I would like to read what you have written. Just email me the link to; artcorbit@cox.net

I do not deny that God can teach us one on one in His own way, however, Christ charged His disciples to go out and teach the word to others and those apostles charged others to do the same. Down through the centuries, Jesus has called many people to be teachers of the Word and to minister to others. In fact, we are all ministers to one another; another one of Jesus's orders to us through the scriptures. As for calling you names, that is just wrong, but God will deal with those people in the way He sees fit. I do not condemn you for having your own opinion and point of view. I wish you good day, fellow Christian.

I believe this is where we have missed something very important. I believe Jesus did his best to duplicate Himself in the Apostles. When Jesus had completed the Apostles teaching He sent them out to teach others. However Jesus sent them into peoples homes, not into the churches. Instructed them to live with them untill they had done their job and then m ove on to another home. The job of the Apostles was to only start Jesus' church and then it was to spread from one home to another. Jesus made it clear the Apostles were not to depend on money in their ministries in any way. This would have worked perfect if man had just kept money out of it. The fact it doesn't pay a profit to do things the way Jesus set His church up to operate has allowed man to destroy just about everything Jesus did. I believe God intended to teach our children in our homes through us, the parents. I believe Jesus and Mary was our example of this. However it requires the parents be Anointed with the Holy Spirit and I believe that is what we are missing today. Man was only assigned a small teaching job and he isn't even doing that right.
