I dont think the verdict would be impose on saddam, but as you can see Iraq is much quiet before under the rule of saddam compared to now, even though we see how much he had killed before he was the only person that controlled Iraq, unlike now how many coalition troops are there in Iraq still violence is at high rate, I am not telling I like Saddam but im just telling the current situation before and now in Iraq.
