How many times have you nearly gone BANKRUPT. / myLot

I am like the historical king, who faught and faught and faught, (Is it ALLAUDDIN KHILJI?) .. GETTING his inspiration from a spider, trying to weave a web... finally to get the winning. I am like that. Having got nearly bankrupt some 5 to 6 years back, I had to ride a bicycle in HYDERABAD. And, somehow got to the top again, only to fall back into deepest ravines and into the depths of debts. Now, again, 2 years back, I climbed back, and even before I could completely nurse and cure my wounds (to the heart ! of course), I had taken the plunge again. is it becoming my trait? how many times have you ever been nearly bankrupt?

We actually went bankrupt around 11 years ago. My job closed down and then my husband broke his arm and was only getting a percentage of his pay for 3 months. I tried to find another job but couldn't find one that would work around daycare. We really had no choice. We came close again in the last two years. My husbands job of 13 years closed down and he took a new job. Well, after uprooting and moving to another state, his company lowerd his pay by 6.00 AN HOUR! Even though I have really bad health problems I went back to work outside the home for a year and we made it, with help from friends and lots of overtime with my hubby's new company.

hi, only once , which lasted for one week. after buying a house, i was totally totally hollowed up, penniless, poor like a mouse in the church. luckily, i recovered fast, on the payday, i was alive once again. bravo !!!
