say dolphins on the newscast during New Orleans coverage of Gustav

I was watching the New Orleans broadcast of Gustav .I hear it's a catagort 5 now.when in the backgrownd,I saw two dolphins plaing in the water. And I though,well isn't that a good sign? I have heard that dolphins have a good eye or should I say nose for whats going on around then. Do you think that they sense the hurricane coming?
This is so devastating for the people of New Orleans. The only I'm glad for is that people are going to evacuate this time,the ones that didn't last time. God Bless the people of New Orleans. I hope even the people that never have been through a hurricane like this will pray for them,for it is a trajedy. These people are losing there homes,again and during the anniversity of the last destruction of New Orleans. What is god trying to say,if anything? The people came in and changed his land so they could add more homes and places of business. Is that what he is trying to get across? What do you think?

Many things have been thought about New Orleans. Some say it is becuase they practest Voodoo And witch craft there. ( I say that even if they do, not All do )
Some say that it is not good to bulid homes in a Bowl shaped area that will hold the water... This to me makes a lot of sense... but they have lived there their whole lives. they will want to stay there. It is a huge shame that they lose thees homes. and then it happens again.

My husband told me years ago New Orleans was way farther back off the water(the flood zone). But someone have a wize? idea to fill it in and build on it. After I heard that I thought,gee those people need to think about that then stop building there. Build father back and they will be safer.
