How to mange our funds

Today life is becoming more and more complex. The number of our requirements are going on increasing. But we have the same source of our income. All our family members are becoming more demanding. Their demands have increased manyfolds but the income is not increasing at the same pace. In such a situation how can we manage with our current earnings?
