What do you have for your supper?

Hi, nice to meet you all here. How many of you have your supper every night? If yes, what do you have for your supper? I usually no supper for night, because i scare it will gain weight. However, some times, i felt very hungry at night, i will have a cup of hot chocolate drink with oatmeal. It is easy to make. So, how about you all? What do you have for your supper at night? My husband and I both don't take supper at night. We would noramlly have our dinner between 7pm to 8pm and that's it for the night. Unless there are family dinners then dinner would be quite late like around 8pm something. Otherwise we just stick to our time. Its not very healthy to eat late as our body systems and organs need to rest but then its up to individuals to take care of their own body too. Sometimes we do feel hungry later in the night then we would drink a glass of warm milk. You are from Malaysia too? me too

I think you should have supper every night, and it doesn´t have to be a heavy meal tomake you uncomfortable during the night. I make my family a lot of salads , in the summer its really refreshing yo have a nice salad. We normally have chicken, we don´t like red meats. So have some chicken fajitas, chicken quesadillas, lemon chicken, or in any way thats really delicious and light,not so heavy. Try to stay away from dessert.Sweets at night aren´t good.

Hello! I eat my supper every night.Usually it will be boiled rice,dal(pulses)and vegetables stew and potato mass.thanx.

I cook supper every night. My husband works nights so we eat around 8:30 before he leaves for work. I think if you eat the right kind of foods and not too much of it then you shouldn't gain weight. You need to have good food to get your vitamins. I usually good meat, potatoes (or rice) and veg.
