My profile has a link where you can scout different bands and earn $$ doing it. It may be slightly complicated to begin but pays out with good $$. If you are in a band, you can put your music on here too for others to listen to and rate, and if you are good enough, you will earn big $$.

Basically you just listen to the music. No downloading at all. After hearing 30 seconds, you can rate the song and leave a comment on what you liked or disliked about the song. The musicians read your comments, so be kind. The more accurate or detailed your review, the more scout stars you get and the more money you make. My profile has a link just below my personal info.
