This afternoon on the ID channel (I don't know what "ID" stands for), I discovered a new true crime show called, Wicked Attraction." It's about people who meet and end up committing terrible crimes. I am fascinated with shows about true crime. And this show is really quite good. They use re-enactments to tell about the crimes and victims. Have you seen this show? What did you think of it? If you haven't seen it, are you interested in true crime television shows?

Hey pearl, Yeah, sounds just like my kind of show! I don't know if I get whatever channel it's on because I've never heard of it. I don't think I get it. I would definitely watch it if I did. I like those real life crime shows. There one that my BF likes to watch, I thinks it's called something 48 hours??? That's about solving crimes in 24 hours each for 2 real horrible crimes. It's really interesting. Can you give me some more information about it so I know what to look for? Sounds really messed up, they meet to commit a crime? What is this world coming to? Now we have reality shows to comit crimes? And we want to watch? We are sick people! Shame on us?lol (Don't forget to get me the info ssssshhhh!)lol

Hey Opal! This show is so good. Well, what I mean is that the premise of the show is when 2 people together somehow plot and kill someone. They didn't meet expressly to kill someone. It's just they meet, have some type of relationship, and in the course of the relationship, decide to kill somebody. For example, one of the shows was about a 16 year old girl meeting a guy and they have a relationship. In the course of it, her parents get killed. One or both of them did it. So, it's people that know each other that eventually end up killing someone. That's where the name, "Wicked Attraction" comes from. Anyhoo, I love "48 Hours". But I think what you are talking about that your BF watches is called, "The First 48" which is different. It's about how police look for clues and evidence during the first 48 hours after a crime, as that is the most important time, in terms of collecting evidence that leads to the criminal. You know what's weird, Opal? I've never heard of that tv station either, until today. We have cable tv and I was channel-surfing and up that show popped. I checked the channel and it said "ID" with more writing underneath that was too small for us to read. I also noticed that a couple of our other channels were gone. You might wanna double-check to see if you have this "ID" channel now, as I think it was recently added without us knowing about it. I'm gonna keep trying to find out what the full name of the channel is and PM you. Take care.

I have seen that show ever since it aired. ID is "Investigation Discovery" a new digital cable channel. So you might not get it unless you have digital cable or a dish. Did anyone see last week's show I think it was called "Evil in the Desert". It was really wierd and crazy - I had never heard of those people before. I like that this show has new stories. This is totally the best crime show I have seen in a long long time.

Hey CrimeJunkie! Love your name! And welcome to myLot. I see this is just your second post. Very cool. Thank you so, so much for telling me the name of the ID tv channel. I think it is new for us as our cable company just changed some of the channel lineup. Thanks for your response and info. Take care.

I don't think I've heard of that show, I like watching shows like that, I'll have to look for it. I like watching shows like, Forensic Files, Snapped...stuff like that. I usually watch TRU tv, formerly court tv, all the cop shows and all that.

Hello walijo2008. We like the same things on TV! I like Snapped, Forensic Files, 48 Hour Mystery, and Court TV. I love true crime! This one was one I'd never seen before on a channel I didn't even know we had! Hope you're able to see it, because it sounds like you'd like it. Take care and thanks for joining in the discussion.
