what do you do when something comes up and your not expecting

as we all know we can't always be sure on what will happen in the future and in life in general, i mean like me there was an un expected bill that came up and now i am going to have to work even harder to just pay that bill, its just something that life threw at me that i wasn't really expecting but i am hoping that it will work out, i just try and make the best out of what ever life gives to me, i was just wondering what you all do when something comes up and your not expecting it in life, how do you handle it...thanks for taking the time out of your day to read and hopefully reply to my discussion, i hope that you all had a great day and evening and i hope that your night is really great too, thanks again for reading and hopefully replying to my discussion!
