A student in my University was Strangled

I am really saddened right now. A student from my university, Pace University in downtown Manhattan was found in his apartment strangled and with plastic in his mouth. I first heard about this when my mother was watching the news and I saw a picture of him and I though to myself "he looks familiar" and then I left to continue moping. When I got back my mother told me that he was a Pace Student and that he was found dead. I was shocked and couldn't say anything for a while.
He looked familiar to me because I have seen him before around school. I think I may have smiled at him or something because there are times when I smiled at people that I don't know when I'm walking through the hallways or something.
I would appreciate it if you guys can pray for him and his family. He was only 19 and he was a sophomore at my school. His parents must be heartbroken right now. When I know more about this I will keep you guys updated.

That is very sad,,,I wonder what's the reason of the murder! If someone wants to steal, that was very cruel to kill him! I will say a prayer for him and the parents also, I know how hard is this for them! I hope he will be given justice!

I also hope that something is done. I just hope that his family is coping with all of this. A life so young to be taken away so fast like that.

Oh, that is just too horrible to contemplate, what happened to the student at Pace University. How awful. I am very sorry to hear about that. That must be very scary for you to know that happened to someone on your campus. Take care and stay safe. My thoughts are with his family.

Thanks and yeah I'm thinking of his family and he was so cute. I just wish them the best. I rarely go outside to tell you the truth. I've never been to a party or anything like that but I will take care of myself. Thanks for the concern.

How very sad. I can't believe how often things like this happen, and now that there are communities like mylot, people can come on here and blog about them, before reading about them in the news paper, or hearing about them on programs such as American Justice. It is sad that it happened.

It is very sad indeed when things like this happen. And it seems like there is more violence in the world now and it's just horrible.

Yeah it is sad and thanks. I don't understand why something like this would happen to someone so young. I mean what is wrong with this world. I hope that we are able to find out more about this.

This is very sad indeed..and to happen right where you are attending school..I will pray for him and his family...and I will pray for you also...I wonder what it was all about and why it had to end this way...

It is sad. I am just baffled. I mean he was so young and to have something like this happent to him is just awful. I hope that his family is okay and I hope that they get the answers that they need. Thanks for your prayers.
