What do you think is the most healthy food you can eat in a day...I know many people should eat a certain amount of foods a day.. Like fruit and vegetables.. But what foods are the healthiest? Im not one to make sure I eat a certain amount of fruits a day or grains a day.. I do try to stay healthy and watch what I eat but Im juss not a maniac about it.. I do make sure at dinner time whatever it is i do have a vegetable with it...For example I had tonight steak, rice, and green beans.. I do follow a scheldule an make sure I eat lunch , a snack , and dinner. I'm not one to do breakfast occasionally but not rarely... Ive nver been in to breakfast...So tell me what do you think is the healthiest way to eat? And what is it?

Because of my Diabetes I have to eat every three hours so I've been working more on making healthier choices...rice instead of mac and cheese, fruits instead of brownies or cookies, no meat, lots of water, jello and less bread. I don't know that it's making a difference but I'm starting to get more energy so we'll see. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~

I like eating and drinking soy products. I am not a vegetarian, but I have more energy. I also eat turkey and chicken. I feel better eating soy, then poultry.

Hi fairygrl. I think that the healthiest food is the food that have all you need for your body. I try to have at least three colors in my meal it means that I have cereal, vegetables and some meat or fish. Sometimes I make a salad with 4 colors of vegetables because each one have things that are good for our health. Making a colored meal you have sure that you are eating the healthiest food that you can. Cheers.
