what kind of fight are you talking to? :) if its a shouting fight yes I difinitely shout my boss alot :-p coz if he shout at me I will shout back at him lols :) I think this was normal in our workplace to have a shouting fights but its only upto that no physical fight :) so peace

No, but I have disagreed and we sat down and talked about the differences. We still might not have seen eye to eye but, we could come to terms with the problem and meet on common ground. God Bless
