I got an email from an old friend today!

A person I used to be friends with, but had a falling out with several years ago emailed me today because she was going through old stuff and she found some pictures that she wanted me to have. She asked for my address so she could mail them to me. I thought that was very nice of her. Have you ever had someone you were no longer friends with come out of nowhere and contact you?

Why don't you take this opportunity to be friends with her again? That would be the perfect ending.
I haven't had any people I've lost touch with come out of nowhere to contact me, but I guess I'm still pretty young.

I think it is nice she wants you to have the pictures. Yes, I have had a friend contact me after more than a few years apart. It was hard trying to pick up where things left off. Maybe email will make it easier for you.

Yes, this has happened to me before. I never expected to receive an email from this old friend, and it was a nice feeling to be remembered. 
I have also sent emails to those that I had lost contact with over the years.

that is nice. pictures really brings back memories right? at least she remembered you and offered to send you the photos. hmmm.. i get to have contact with them thru my friendster account. so no worries of forgetting and being forgotten..
