how will you get your payout?

Better create an account with paypal. If I'm not mistaken you are from the Philippines and paypal is accepted in this country. From there you can transfer your earnings from paypal to a local bank. I think almost all banks are listed in paypal and you just have to choose the one that you have an account on. Keep on mylotting!
