I believe that if u don't know the art of denial then it is very difficult to cope up with day to day work.And i also like to mention that it is differs from person to person.
What do u think?

Yes my frnd u r rgt...Denying is an art and many times I find it difficult to deny people. sometimes I get trapped in difficult situations and then I reliaze that better I could have simply said "No". but its not so easy to say "No".
