How to say No..

Hey friends! I really don't know how to say No to friends in a nice way. You know, people know me for being so kind that I used to give whatever I have to whoever that asks my help. But the problem is, nowadays, I am not wealthy enough to do things I used to do. Would you suggest me on something or some words to utter that they would understand if I got nothing to give?

just get it in your head to say no. no matter if it hurts their feelings, or they get mad. you do have the right for freedom of speech here. don't let nobody try to
make you not tell your true feelings. always stand up for yourself in times are needed.
