I think maybe she might be able to do the job as well as any of the good old boys.. I don't like any of our choices this time around but again, I didn't like them the last time either.. It may be a refreshing change in politics.. I just wish that her daughter would have been more careful and thought of others as well as herself.. Even if she is in the spotlight, she is too young to have a child.. She is just a child herself.. We will just have to see how it goes.. I do wish her luck..

the good ol' boys need gotten out of there. that's part of what's wrong now. i admire her for all she has done in alaska. don't think she has enough expeience to stp in for mccain if something was to happen to him. i just couldn't put my child through all this scrurity when she has enough to contend w/ being pregnant at that age, not married etc. i feel sorry for the girl. i agree w/you choices aren't good & haven't been in a long time.

I AM saying I don't think she's qualified for the job; I'm not attacking her or saying I don't like her but I don't think she has the experience to be VP and to be ready to take over as President at any given moment. That having been said, I really feel sorry for her daughter also. It's going to be difficult enough for her, being pregnant and about to get married, but doing it under the spotlight which will be there no matter how much they promise to leave her alone. The daughter didn't choose the public life, her mother did but the children have to suffer for their parents' choices. Annie

my goodness rfmaster, u need to calm down. i didn't say a word about mccain or obama. i just ask what y'all thought about her putting her pregnant daughter in the spotlight like she has. i still think she's being very selfish & inconsiderate of her child. take a chill pill, rf.

Point 1 I think that is of a typical "parrot" democrat answer. She is more qualified than Barrack Hussein Obama. She is more qualified to be President than Obama. Any Governor is. Name One Accomplishment that Obama has had as a United States Senator. He hasn't done anything. He hasn't done Anything. She has a track record of bipartisanship and REAL reform. Real Change, not just feel good platitudes. He is The Most Liberal Senator in D.C. She has been a successful business owner, Obama was a community organizer; A What???.Oh I almost forgot Obama was on an executive board of a trust fund of an unrepentant domestic terrorist. You know that Ayers fellow that bombed our government years ago. Seems like Borrat, Oops Barrack kicked off his political carrer with the assistance of that same fellow: Weatherman Underground ring a bell? She was a city council member, and Mayor for a small town so she had to make budget decisions and be accountable for a local government. Obama has done nothing to compare. Oh a State Senator in Illinois. Do they meet year round?? I think most state legislatures have a season. Hmm. Yah she took on corruption in her own party, as well as Big Oil.She has been a Dynamite Governor. Has Obama done anything but tow the line??? He's weak, and He would make a weak President. Remember Carter!Thank God For John McCain. and his choice of Sarah Palin for VP. May God Bless Their Campaign, and May God Bless America. Point 2 Don't Blame Her Choice for accepting McCains offer for higher office. She is Not Responsible for the Classless, Dispicable, Chump Behavior of the Left Wing Loon Liberal Loser Branch of The Democrat party and their Media Outlets. They are Desperate. I Wonder Why. Go Sarah, Sarah "Baracuda" Palin.

Everyone has things in their life that people would look at and say omg! The Presidents and Vice Presidents and those to be and Movie Stars. The only reason these things are a major issue with the media and such is because she is running for office. Am sure if they would of checked out bill clintonthey would of found things and the Bushes and and. I'm sure if you and I were running for some kind of office or to become movie stars they could find things on us as well. Life is life and their a mistakes. The girl is pregnant but it isn't the moms fault. Just like a lot of teens are now days unless you locked them up 24/7 you aren't able to control what kids do when they start hanging out with their friends. I don't have a prob with her running and yes is sad her teen daughter is pregnant but like I said it's not the moms fault and if she can hold her head up and go for the gold more power to the woman.

I don't think she's being selfish. Even if there wasen't any appearance of her daughter at the convention, the media would have put the daughter in the spotlight. You know there would have been questions about her daughter not appearing, the media would have investigated and made their personal business world news anyway.

maybe not, i just fell sorry for the girl. i am very impressed w/the gov. , i loved her speech but it is a hard time for the daughter. even if they were still in alaska & not at the convention it would be hard for her.
