When things go wrong, we simply loose hope. Who do you cling on to? From whom do you get enough strength to get through the day when you're at your lowest?

I also say a prayer when it is my bad day but will thank HIM for giving me the challenge because I believed that HE will give me a challenge that I can resolve. However when it is really my downtime, I will cry silently to release all the pain and after that I pray for guidance.

There are times is life when things will generally go wrong! Things just don't turn out the way you want them to. How do I cope when things are like this for me? The easiest thing I find is to say a prayer or two, this gives me tremendous comfort. I say a prayer to the good old Universe and then I suddenly experience a warm feeling inside, like I am no longer alone in my present crisis! I guess this relates to feeling negative as well! When things go bad I guess you start feeling negative and worried and the like. Well, I generally turn to a positive thinking book, read a few pages, make a cup of tea and all seems right with the world once more! Then I guess I start preparing myself for the next battle whenever that arrives! It's my hope generally that I don't have to face any more battles. This isn't the way of the world though is it? There are plenty of challenges right around the corner!! Good luck. Andrew
