Medical Billing and Insurance Specialist

I am currently in school right now to receive my Medical Billing and Insurance Specialist Certificate by Dec. of 2009. I think there are jobs online that you can actually get into, but you might have to figure out which ones aren't a scam! My question is: How many other jobs can you get in the Medical profession after getting your Medical Billing education? I mean can you get a job as a Medical Transcriptionist or a Medical Assistant or etc. just from getting education in Medical Billing? Because you are trained and learning other things while learning the Medical Billing. Anybody know?
