Hey guys.. I'm back and I just had a very toxic week.. I had my midterms and then followed by an induction rites party and all of the preparation for that took a lot from me since we were the performers for the party... I still haven't gotten enough sleep hehe Anyways my question is after a long stressed week just like I had what are your stress relievers? x)

It depends, if i am stressed but not too tired, i'll go out with my friends and have a good old boogie in a bar or club, but if i'm feeling tired i'll put my pyjamas on, treat myself to a disgustingly fattening takeaway and watch a good film snuggled up with my best friend, she always cheers me up!! i'm a simple creature really but it works! hope you're feeling less stressed out soon and that everything went well for you in the last week! xxx

hehe well if you're tired and stressed you need to make the time chick! get your fluffiest pyjamas out, stock up on junk food and have a good veg on the sofa, works wonders - you've just got to hope the pizza delivery boy doesn't turn out to be the man of your dreams!! hehe xxx

One of my stress relievers is to sit down and read a good book. I love to just read a book in the bath and that helps me relax a great deal. I love it. I also like to swim if the weather is nice enough. I also walk to the treadmill or other things to work out on like yoga.

Yes there is stress that comes with everyday life whether you go to school or work and of course the all time stress, being a mother. It has its ups and downs but I do worry sometimes about things. I think that maybe quietly relaxing and meditating can be good for the spirit. Just taking some time to collect your thoughts at the end of a stressful day or week can be very helpful.

Hi serenity264, Being stress. Tell me about it. I am a bachelor degree student and stress has been a very familiar feeling. My stress reliever would have to shopping or going to the salon. In other words, pampering myself. It never fails to cheer me up. If I'm broke or have no energy to go out then probably have some friends over and watch some dvds accompanied with home made popcorn, or better haagen dasz strawberry cheese cake ice-cream. Yummy!. If I've got loads of energy and it's the weekend, then why not go to bar or clubs ,let your hair down and have some cocktails! Happy mylotting!
