Anime Characters

When you draw anime characters, do you create your own,or do you draw your favoured characters? I do both, but at first, I had no confidence to create something from my imagination. Now, I have lots of my own created characters.I love drawing them and creating their storylines and their hairstyles and clothing...I one day hope to make manga and become an animator. I just love drawing and hope that this hobby one day gets me somewhere, and I hope that people can appreciate this talent that I have.
