God knew how the world was going to turn out before he even created it.

He everything know what we dont. Every thing that he created have a purpose, if he created a planet that even human interpretations idea that a planet is a pathetic but it may have new discoveries on it on future. Jupiter is a large planet in solar system but it is only a gaseous planet with no life so whatever, but the purpose for it is to shield against the meteors coming to earth.
