Frozen chocolate mousse
1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1 tablespoon almond-flavored liqueur or Italian syrup
2 tablespoons chocolate-flavor syrup
Cocoa, if desired
1. Beat whipping cream in chilled small bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Fold in liqueur and chocolate syrup.
2. Spoon into 2 paper-lined foil cupcake liners. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours but no longer than 48 hours. Place in refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with cocoa.

i make and freeze batches of:
spaghetti sauce
lasagna
meat loaf (minis)
meat balls
stews
soups
french toast
the spaghetti sauce is in small containers as i live alone. just right for 2 meals.
lasagna i cut into large squares.
meat loaf. i cook them in miniature pans. when finished, take out of pan and wrap
individually.
meat balls. i can use them with spaghetti sauce that's frozen. i can also make
a meat ball hoagie.
stews. now, i've never been happy withe the way potatoes freeze up. so i have small
containers of mashed potatoes.
frozen french toast in lots of two) can be microwaved or browned slowly to heat. i eat some breakfast meals for dinner.
