Freezer Recipies?

Anyone have any good freezer Recipies they can share?

Frozen chocolate mousse 1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream 1 tablespoon almond-flavored liqueur or Italian syrup 2 tablespoons chocolate-flavor syrup Cocoa, if desired 1. Beat whipping cream in chilled small bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Fold in liqueur and chocolate syrup. 2. Spoon into 2 paper-lined foil cupcake liners. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours but no longer than 48 hours. Place in refrigerator 15 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with cocoa.

i make and freeze batches of: spaghetti sauce lasagna meat loaf (minis) meat balls stews soups french toast the spaghetti sauce is in small containers as i live alone. just right for 2 meals. lasagna i cut into large squares. meat loaf. i cook them in miniature pans. when finished, take out of pan and wrap individually. meat balls. i can use them with spaghetti sauce that's frozen. i can also make a meat ball hoagie. stews. now, i've never been happy withe the way potatoes freeze up. so i have small containers of mashed potatoes. frozen french toast in lots of two) can be microwaved or browned slowly to heat. i eat some breakfast meals for dinner.
