Yes, it is true.
Often times good news and bad news travel together as a couple like some cosmic good cop vs bad cop routine.
Remember there was a supposeded lawsuit to stop Obama from becoming the democratic nominee? Turns out there was such a suit. There was an effective campaign on the part of someone to make it look like there was not, that even had me fooled for a bit, but it turns out there was such a suit.
GOOD NEWS: The suit is still alive and discovery is going to be allowed.
BAD NEWS: The temporary restraining order preventing Obama from being the nominee was denied.
Here's a link to the story.

Here's a link to a petition asking the FEC (Federal Election Commission) to make Obama prove he is a naturalized citizen as required by the constitution.

I say I'm tired of negative news concerning Obama being obscured in the MSM. This story has been very hard to track down and someone has been trying to discredit it. Obama needs to put this to rest by simply proving he is a naturalized citizen.
What do you say?

Well if I were him I would have put the proof on my site that is supposed to be so popular, right away. Unless he's trying to hide something. But we all know politicians don't hide anything don't we?

I have a hunch Obama is hiding more than most.

My wife says I'm retarded, too. I'm use to it. It is a popular opinion.

Lol, did you catch this discussion last night? It's been deleted but it was pretty good. I even said you might be retarded, sorry about that, I was only trying to prove a point.

Yes, I agree. He should proof that he is a natural born citizen. I have to pull out my green card just to get a job, so why shouldn't someone running for the President of the US have to proof they are legit?
Since when should going for such an important job require less paperwork and proof of identity and citizenship, then going for a normal job. I mean, you even have to proof who you are and that you are legal, just for getting a drivers licence.
If Obama really is a natural born citizen, then why does he have such a problem showing the proof?

Yes, this is the story that won't go away. I don't get why Hillary has not pushed the issue.

It sure seems it should be routine. I have no idea why it is not automatic the FEC Federal Election Campaign check this out.

I have been saying all along that he needs to prove his eligibility.
From what I understand, the Illinois is also still waiting... and he filed fraudulently there by stating he never used an AKA, which we now know to be false.

Well, it is a fact that John McCain had to prove he was eligible some years ago. Why not Obama? Just to be fair!

As I recall it also concerned an act of Congress, which was overkill considering that his parents were out of the country at the time working for the US.... so his citizenship should never have been an issue.
This is NOT the case for Obama.

I suspect he is trying to keep this secret and has powerful backing of many other crooked politicians in his efforts. Hopefully the lawsuit can make him cough up some real evidence. Do you suppose the democrats will have a candidate in the election if Obama is forced out? According to what I hear on TV McCain must accept the nomination Thursday night in order to get his name on the ballot. If Obama drops out will they still be able to get Hillary's name on the ballot or is it too late? John McCain may have an easy win.

The questions you are asking, in the words of Barrack Obama, "Are over my pay grade!".
I would guess there would be allowance made so the democrats could get a candidate on the ballot.
As to the lawsuit, Obama still has not been served. Until that happens, discovery can not begin.
