What is your ways to confess your sins to god?

I dont like to confess my sins to god!! As i believe that he already knows about our every move. So all i do is ask ofr forgiveness from him and He does forgive me. I am thankful to him for all that he has done for me.

Hi sangsTurks, you're right that GOD knows everything about us, we cannot hide anything from Him. Asking forgiveness is ok, you ask for it and for sure God will give His forgiveness but how will you ask forgiveness if you're not confessing to Him what you've done, I mean, God will not just forgive you with out admitting that you've sin, I mean we should admit that we did certain things that we know to that we commit sin and we wanted to ask forgiveness. also in asking forgiveness we should be true, we should be sincere.

For me, I just pray to God. Let Him know what I did wrong. But most importantly, when you ask for forgiveness, it must come from your heart. You must truly be sorry for it. And if it's something really bad, you must plead for forgiveness and really mean it. God can tell if you really mean it. He reads your heart not your brain; just remember that. But everyone sins, so it's part of human nature. So just do your best everyday, and ask for forgiveness at the end of the day.

I make sure to have a quite time with him. I lock my room and repent all of what i have done. If we unload of our sins to him everyday the more that we feel lighten.
also, sometimes confessing i not enough to show that we repent on our sins, sometimes we need to work hard to overcome not to do same thing over and over again, if you repent but still doing it over and over again i think you're just mocking GOD.

I always pray, seek God's forgiveness and acceptance from all the mistakes that I've done. I think that's the best way to confess your sins to God.

when i have sins to confess i go to my room and fall down to my knees and pray. it is really hard at times to ask for God's forgiveness, especially when guilt overwhelms me. but i would still say that confessing everything is really a spirit lifting and soul cleansing!
it is hard to go to bed at night when i know i have something hidden in my heart. although i know God already knows about it.
