I have learned a word process management. As every activity and work involve a number of processes. In a lay man's language I would say Process management is managing your work processes. But what is the actual definition of process management and what advantages we can have from such management?

That's a good thing to know. I am actually practicing it in my job. I hate red tape as much as I don't like to delay things for my director and staff. It's always good for me to manage my affairs well including the processes involved in it so I can do all things the best I can.
