How to do a Review Report?

Recently a newly found friend in myLot posted a topic about a website that pays for review articles posted in their website. Sorry to say but when she/he sent me the referral link, I already signed up (I’m deeply sorry for that). With all the excitement of joining I realized I haven’t prepared a review report on anything.
I would like to take this opportunity to ask for tips or basics in preparing a review report. Are there guidelines that you guys have been using? Is there a preferred format? I’d highly appreciate your help here.

If you go the faq's it will tell you what they prefer when you write a report. Anyone will tell you it's about being as descriptive as possible, make sure you use correct grammar and spelling. Make sure YOU have used the product yourself, experienced it yourself. But yeah, it's like anything, it's contained in the faq's, you need only look.
