What type of dogs are from where?

Hello,I want to know from where the different types of dogs originated.
e.g:-German Shephard originaly is from the German Highlands I guess.I want to have information about these.
St.Bernard
Golden Retriever
Chihuahua
Labrador
Bulldogs.

Oh sorry can't help you out with where the dogs that you are interested in come from but I do know that the pug originated from China and was breed as a companion to the emperor's, as for bulldog's there are english bulldogs, french bulldogs (which is my dream dog and I want one so bad the dog I get with be this one) america bulldog and now there is a new breed of bulldog that they are breeding in Australia now and they have called it the Aussie bulldog, which is english bulldog cross some sort of ridge-back dog
