upto me Yoga is the good form of exercise without losing our muscles.. It has so many advanages.. How many of you are doing yoga?

yes madhan yoga has amny advantages. it helps us to improve our health and freshness. my father always pesters me to do yoga. but i am a bit lazy to do those. i do only breathing exercises.

I have heard yoga is very good for all of us. I read in a magazine a few weeks ago about some yoga exercises but I was afraid I couldn't do them. I am very open to doing some yoga for my arthritis in my hips and to help me relax more. If you or anyone has any great ones that are easy I am very interested. Have a blessed day!
