I think I am in the point of burning out. I am literally dragging myself to work but I cannot take a leave because there is no one who will take my position and my superiors won't allow me to. Any idea how to relieve stress even while working? Thanks!

Hello! Actually, I'm kind of like at the same stage in my career. I've reached that level of saturation from my work where I can't be as productive as before... But you know what? I just try to forget about this issue and concentrate on what I have to do. I try to listen to music. I can send you my Brain Sync series if you like -- torrent files which I downloaded and which does help me a lot to de-stress myself. Come to think of it, my stress levels sort of tapered off when I started listening to it. It is recommended that it you listen to these relaxing sounds for 6 weeks every night and I've only tried it 3 or 4 times & not religiously, but I can tell you that it has improved my countenance. I feel less tensed and stressed out these days. I also try to think of my other hobbies and just do it. Throw away your cares for the time being and focus on what you enjoy doing. Shop, or read, or take a walk, or watch a movie. Try these and I'm sure you'll be able to enjoy your life better.

Hi anneshirley, how are you? Well, when I am stressed I use to listen to music or watch a good movie or go to dance. Reading is a good thing too. All these make me relax so I am ready to start all again LOL. I think that if we need to work hard we need to have fun too doing things that we like. Cheers and have a nice day.
