Korea could get off shortlist before Bush is out of office

It looks as if North Korea has a chance of getting off the Terror List, out of the 'Axis of Evil' of sponsors of terrorism--by the time Bush leaves office, what do you think is the implications of such actions, will it change anything. The Administration that was once all or nothing on its strategy has now abated for progress in increments but is this a little too late?North Korea says its willing to cooperate but repeatedly backs out and then wants cooperate again, are they trying to play two sides? Do you think North Korea coming off the Terror List will effect the coming elections? Is this becoming a game? Do you think this will send the wrong message to Russia? http://current.com/items/76300842_defectors
