Menopausal... what would I do?

I'm already 40 and although I'm not yet in my menopausal stage but it just slipped in my mind what if I'm in my menopausal stage does this can really affect my mood? Is there any physical changes that I could easily notice when I'm on that stage? please give me infos about this.. thanks...

I think I might be in the early stages I think they called it peremenopausal. I am very irritable especially around my period. I notice the last two months I have night sweats. The number problem I have is the lack of sleep. I have not taken anything because whatever I take has to be natural and have not found any natural products yet.
