Do you have your estate all planned out, will or trust written? Or still haven't done it?
And if you have children, are you going to divide things equally, do things differently based on need or different interests or on how much they have helped you?
Any special bequests to people outside the family or charities? Or leaving anybody out because they've offended you?
If you have minor children, do you know who you want them to be with?
Or are you just leaving it and not worrying and figuring it will all work out after you are gone?

nay, not yet. i am into just a couple of months of months away from my job. still a student. so, too premature a thing for me to do. i have thought that the best time to do this when you are 45-50. you can nearly guess how much your wealth will be, UNLESS YOU WIN A BIGGGGGGGGGG LOTTERY!! so, by that time, you are settled and can have your will written.. bye and take care..

If you're younger and you have children it's a good idea too!

:-)
Well after all, if you had young children, and you had a relative you absolutely did NOT want them to end up with, you'd want to have it in writing to guarantee it!

I have not yet planned my estate as I still don't have any properties of my own.
But I plan to have my estate planned as soon as I reach 45 or somewhere near 50. I don't want my children to worry if something would happen to me.
I have always wanted a secured family.
Have a nice day!

Definitely no later than that I think. You never know what might happen!

Good Question. I am sorry to say that I dont have much of anything to really give to my children. All the more reason that I need to live until I am 103 and be active and with it all those years. I am not a bump on the log, I am actively raising 4 children and being a supportive wife. I am hoping that my children will gain enough from me to have their own estates. Now the dilema on where my children would go in the event of my passing, I really dont know. I have all of them that would need to be together and I am not sure of who could "really" handle all that comes with them. Thus more pros on living until I am 103.

I don’t have it sorted out but in future I will. When it comes to estate planning, most of the people think that it is only for wealthy and rich people. It is totally wrong, estate planning is mandatory for every one unless you want your children to go over complex legal procedures to get your assets. It helps people to divide their assets as they want it to be. The help of a professional will be really helpful in planning out your estate. There are dedicated lawyers for this purpose but it is important to choose the best one among the available lawyers. Since the estate planning differs from each client, you should look for a lawyer who year many years of experience in the field. While searching for a experienced lawyer, I found this law firm. They are specialized in the estate planning and various other issues related to assets. Find about their estate planning services at
