This is one of the requirement of Environmental Management System to help save and control our environment. Right now, there were lots of measures and controls even in a small town to help preserve the environment and one among those is the so called garbage segregation. Aside from this, we can also include the SOC, this is to prevent the materials with mercury, lead and other hazardous chemical to mix with the soil and need to have proper way of handling. Here in our office, we are very strict as to what type of ballpen, pentel pen, marker are going to use, before buying new stuff, we need to test it first or secure a valid test whether such items / stuff have a passed rating or zero contents of such hazardous chemicals. Some of the banned offices supplies are Binders clip and paper clip, some brand of pentel pen and ball pens. Are you guys following also this rules?
