I read somewhere today (think it was while flicking through the new copy of the NME)that a company either has or is bringing out a Christian/religious equivilent of Rock Band called Rock Praise. The write of the piece seemed confused about whether this was an offical version or not but I don't think it is, but just a similar programme/imitation. Is it a good idea for a remake based on Christian Rock for Christian market? Wonder if they'll get any trouble for copyright infringment.

still, even if this kind of music is confined in the americas, it will still have a bad influence on people's musical taste. those people in the americas travel to all parts of the world and will thus be able to wield unwanted influences in the other parts of the world. don't you believe that it is best that this band gets the kind of disciplinary action that they deserve? as for me, i do believe that they only deserve to get it.

i do not think that it is a good idea to make religious songs rock. all the more so because, this is not even an original composition of the band.
religious songs have always meant to be subtle and kind of meditative. this is because the songs are supposedly meant to give praises unto the Lord in the form of some hymns.
oh, i hope that the company that produced the originals will indeed file for copyright infringement. bad practices must be cut precisely and fast.
