how to make your own website

for the longest time now i am trying to make myown web site but don't have the money to buy myown domain name. can i still have myown website for free? where can i find one? do i have to create it from scratch?

Well then you can try this sites.. the first one is http://000webhost.com - this site is offering really nice when it comes on free web hosting.. they give big spaces... and totally for free! The second one is the http://ucoz.com - they give nice offers too and totally for free.. Now about the webpages and the layout, don't worry.. they have some templates that you may choose..
