I think I'm experiencing writers block. Anyone have a cure?

I want to write articles about things that interest me. If it is a topic I don't really care about I write poorly, putting it off. Right now I'm in a slump. Nothing much interests me and I can't imagine what other people might be interested in. So can you give me some ideas about what you would read, what interests you, something you'd like to learn? I always get great ideas from myLotters.

Science is evergreen. Thats if you are interested. Think of anything around and write the science behind things. Or science and defense etc

That's a great idea! I'm always curious about how things work and I'll bet other people are too. Thanks.

I'm interested in animal totems, angels, and fairies. I also have a friend who is a ghost hunter, she goes into haunted buildings and films ghosts and spooky lights. It's really interesting!! Sometimes it's scary too. I didn't really know about that kind of thing until i joined a spiritual development group. There are all kinds of people there with many different interests. It really opened my world and expanded my view. :) Good luck with your writing. I found interesting for me with writing, to go away for the weekend, or go to a different neighbourhood that i usually don't go to. It would inspire me with new ideas, and i would see new kinds of people, make new friendships. :)

I know that going away helps, just have trouble doing that right now. But I've decided I'm going to save up for a laptop computer so I can use it to write away from home. I know I can write by hand, but since much of what I write requires a bit of research it is easier to write at the computer. So wish me luck on finding enough money for that. My daughter is a paranormal investigator. Boy, does she have interesting tales, but she writes them for a magazine.
