how often should we recieve communion?

You should have given this a better title. Not all religions have communion of course.

Sometimes the term is applied not only to the sharing but to the whole of the rite or to the consecrated elements.

I don't think the Bible is specific. I think it just says "do this in rememberance of Me" I have been in churches that do it once a month and others that do it only on holidays.

in my own opinion, i think we should do it every sunday mass. its like this, shall we say every mass is a party or a celebration, are we attended any party and leaving w/o eating? so is the communion is the food in the party.

At my church we receive communion every first sunday of every month but it depends on the church
