Even I'm on a broadband connection buddy. Dial up connections suck. You cannot even browse the net properly with a dial up connection. I had a dial up connection around 7 years back. I was so fed up and the phone bills started coming really high. So I switched over to cable. The cable provider use to give me a pretty slow connection so then finally I moved on Broadband. I'm pretty happy with this connection of mine.

yep, broadband is the best. It enables data to be recieved and transmitted more efficiently than a dial up connection. Therefore most probably dial up will be soon replaced by broadband. Go broadband! :)

Biggest problem is for those people who live too far away to have a landline broadband connection. They'll probably have to have a satellite one, or stick with dial-up.
