Natural ways ro teleive anxiety

                    Great question... I would love to know my self.
Therapists allways suggest "Breathing Exercises", but catch 22 like, I am usually too anxious to actually do that! Sometimes, it actually worstenes the anxiety.
I had a motor vehicle accident where a car flew into my lane from the opposite side of the highway. Two days after the accident I was watching a movie and there was an accident on the movie. This spawned the wors Anxiety/Panick attack I had ever felt. Breathing didn't help and neither did NOT breathing...
I just had to bite down (hard) untill it was over.
The only thing that I have found to help with generalised anxiety through out the day, is medication...

                    Breathing - Deep breath threw your nose - out threw your mouth. 
Counting - Take a deep breath and count to 10 or 20 what ever is needed.
Make a phone call - Call your best friend or the person that can make you smile. 
Go outside - Take a look around focus on the trees / nature in general. 
Sit down - Find a comfy chair and sit in it for a little bit.
