phonies

My sister and all of her friends are all phonies and fakers, they will be so nice to somebody and then really diss them as soon as they leave. I can appreciate wanting to keep the peace and not start a fight,but they could just be civil to one another and not all gushy and lovey dovey. It's too much and its not necessary.
A friend of a friend, her name is marie, when i see her she will not speak to me and i will not speak to her, we have both been asked why (seperately) and our responses are apparently the same, we both say I do not talk to her because i do not like her, it really is that simple? What about you guys? Do you know any phonies? are you civil or OTT or just simply ignore them?

I don't like fakers either. I know some people like that. I'd rather not hang out with them to be honest, because I know they're talking about not just me, but everyone, behind their backs.
On another note, I am also cordial to those I meet, even those I dislike. I'm not overly friendly or extra nice, just polite. I see no reason to add fuel to their fire. If I'm addressed, I will respond, but I don't go to any great lengths, you know?
Fakers will always be in our midst, and someday they will be alone, because even fakes can only tolerate each other for so long.

well said and i agree, i am also polite if someone is polite to me but if they igore me then i will ignore them

I am a blunt and sometimes tactless person. 
When I do not like a person, it's very obvious and I see no point in trying to smile or be nice to that person.
Most of my friends are like me too. I guess that's the reason why we are friends. We do not enjoy being around fakers. We tend to stay away from such people.
