Now what do I do?-Alert Pay question

I have never sent money using Alert Pay. I just tried to, but it is asking me for my transaction pin. I have no idea what it is so, I was going to try to reset it. I keep getting one of the security questions wrong. I have no idea what it is. Now what do I do?

Trasaction PIN is 7 digit number that you must enter when you regist. I regist AP for long time before I first send money. First time I send money, I can't remember my pin too. So, I try many of my should be password but can't. But when I noticed that it's 7 digit number, so I can remember it. Could this may some hint for you to remember that. If not, only one way to reset is contact support like you do. Cheers

I can't directly answer to this question, but I suggest you try to ask on their support forum: http://dev.alertpay.com/default.aspx Make a search... maybe someone had the same problem or you can ask for help and someone should help you ;)

Alert Pay support is great. I'd just contact them. When I joined AlertPay, they sent me a confirmation e mail with my user name and password then when I signed back in I had to choose the security questions and select a pin #. I've had that problem on other sites where the security questions would show up as wrong, and I just contacted support and got it straightened out. Any legit site should help you.

Best option is to contact the alertpay customer service. They can give you better answer.
