Are you Rigid or flexible in Behavior

I am not rigid over any thing I do or see. In my early life I was so rigid in implementing my own decision that I was not liked by some of my work mate and friends but they do not speak before me but they murmur on the back by following my sayings. Now when I have entered in the second half of life I am no more rigid and I am flexible in all affairs.
What about you, do you think rigidity annoys and flexibility cherish.Please discuss and comment.

Hi friend,Am always flexible to everyone in my life.Its my nature and we cant change it.But some change themselves after some experience and maturity.Some people are adamant and we can only leave them in their own way.I like to be flexible as it has earned many friends being only flexible.Thanks for sharing.happy mylotting.

[b]i can be very flexible to anyone but once they abuse me, i can become very rigid in a way that i can't treat them nicely and make their life miserable. sometimes, you have to be very considerate on the flexibility of the person you are facing with if you don't want consequences to get back to you. right?
