Any instant paying alternative to adsense????

Is there any program like adsense which would provide instant payouts???
if i am not mistaken adsense pays after 1 month and they again take 1 month to send the earning.
so i just want to know if there is any alternative which will pay me instantly as soon as i reach payout.

i think bidvertiser pays u by paypal and through paypal. this site has payed me before.
similarly Adbrite pays every $10 but they pay only through cheque and it will take 1 month to get the cheque after u reached the minimum payout

do they pay once we reach payout or they pay at the end of every month.
