Has a stanger ever asked for your phone/cell number?

This is I always encounter. What I do of course is not to give my number because on the first place I don't know him. Maybe some other time if he really wants to know me but I want it to happen personally. Have you?

The request for a phone number is sooo common here. If I don't like the person and don't want to see them again, they get a fake one. If it's a total stranger I met at the bar, but I like him, I might give him my cell number. Never my home number unless I can trust a person. With reverse lookup it's too easy to find the address.
