"AIP" not sure if it's been documented as an actual psychiatric condition, just came up with it but I'm sure there's people out there that could be diagnosed with it..maybe even people with "AIP" interferring in their real life. So members of mylot do you act/talk completly diffrent online than in real life? ..I won't lie I do act slightly diffrent online than I do in real life?

I act/talk the same as I do in real life. I haven't found the benefit of acting like something I'm not just because I am chatting with people I don't actually know and will probably never meet in person. I am who I am and if someone doesn't like that, in real life or on internet, that is their choice. I have never lied about my age, my marital status, kids, work, etc. I never saw the point in it. I have seen many of these types of people in chat, and sooner or later they are found out. I used to go to a chatroom geared towards firefighting, and it was funny when a 'wannabe' would try to chat in there. The ones of us that were there to chat about our jobs, depts, etc, could always trip them up and show them for the fake they were. I think that some people do it to 'create' a 'life' that is maybe less boring than their real life is, and of course there are those that do it to scam someone in one way or the other.
