I am anxiously awaiting the new season of Criminal Minds to start, which comes out on my birthday, September 24th. I just watch the preview and it looks awesome. Which shows are you awaiting to start back up?http://www.cbs.com/primetime/criminal_minds/

I can't wait for Criminal Minds either! Which SUV gets blown up? Do you think the agent will be killed or hurt? I can't wait!!! Happy early Birthday in case I forget. I'm also looking foward to CSI the original. Do you watch that? It left off with Warrick getting shot. I felt like there were a lot of shows this year that had Fantastic season finales.

Since I have started working on my forensics degree I have lost interest in the CSI shows. Now that I know how things really are they irk me a little bit. They make the job look a lot easier than it really is and it is far from factual. I use to really enjoy it though.

Often they will work in the dark when using the UV lights and such. Sometimes at the scene the dark is because the flashlights allow them to focus on only a small area at one time. The labs however are very rarely if ever dark from my experience. I am actually doing two seperate degrees. Crime Scene Technology and Criminal Justice.

You are working on your forensic degree? Oh my gosh I'm so proud of you! I love hearing about people who are getting educated in a field they are passionate about. I'd imagine the CSI's would irk you. My husband & I often talk about how funny they are - like how they can get results in minutes when you know it takes, days, months and sometimes years for some of that. And my question is why do they always work in the DARK???? Don't they have lights anywhere? Crime scenes, labs, everywhere it's dark. But...I've watched the Las Vegas CSI from the get go and like the action. Criminal Minds is better though because they get into the mind about the profile of a criminal, I love it! Plus I watch Young & the Restless and love Malcolm (Shamar Moore - did I get that right? Never good with names.)

I'm looking forward to criminal minds as well. I also am looking forward to the return of Chuck. Chuck is somewhat silly at times, but it is, overall, a fun show to watch.

Chuck is a computer geek who somehow finds his brain filled with all sorts of government secrets and the CIA and another agency both send agents to protect him from the bad guys. It is funny for he has to balance working with these spies while still holding down his regular job at a place that is very much like Best Buy. It shows on Monday nights on NBC
