How do you deal with monday blues?

I usually get up at 6:00 am drink my coffee and catch an early headlines on tv, get a little exercise, prepare my breakfast, shower and im off to work. But there are times when i don't feel that good every monday and believe me guys i'll be like that for the whole weekend. Have you experienced it also? tell me about it.

I also have the Monday blues. Actually, I think almost everyone does! I am a teacher, and much as I want to forget that it is a Monday, my students would constantly remind me just by seeing their faces. That's because they also feel the same way about Mondays! What I usually do to at least ease the blues is that I sleep very early on Sundays so that I would have the feeling of a good long night's sleep.

Hi there markroderick! I do often suffer from Monday Blues. Hahaha! It is difficult to deal with Monday Blues. I think this is harder than Friday Sickness. Well, there is really no magic for me. I just have to wake up early, take a bath, eat breakfast and off I go to work. I do not have any choice.

I dont like Mondays. After a long weekend and getting 2 sleep i nand what not I hate getting u pin the morning. I'm usually up at 7:30am but its hard 2 n I'm always sleepy the rest of the day at work cuz not enough sleep the night b4. Then Friday's I just don't wanan be @ work cuz ur excited 4 the weekend.
