Liquid Vitamin Supplement. I hate swallowing pills.

Water...I take it from the tap and put in in plastic milk jugs and then put it in the refridgerator. No filters...no fuss...no muss. Other good ones would be orange juice and milk.

water with nothing i like best which quenchs and natural. though mineral spring water is conwenient which you can buy everywhere,i think it can not provide something water contains.

I like vitamin water energy ( yellow) it gives me a little kick but very low key. Enough for a good workout or cleaning the house and stuff. After that the best drink by far is H20 Clean those kidneys...

One carrot, one apple, big bunch of spinach 1/2 lemon and maybe half a beet put through a juicer. Nothing like the "real thing"
