HI, If you have any regrets in this lifetime, what is your biggest regret?

I think that the thing I regret most is that I didn't learn sooner how not to dwell on regrets but, instead, to take the things regretted and learn from them. Making mistakes is part of life but unless we make friends with our mistakes, learn from them and regard them as the starting blocks that make running the race more effective, they become stumbling blocks that hinder us because we are constantly dwelling on them.

You are so right!! No one could have said it better that what you wrote! Life is full of mistakes and that is how we learn and grow! You are becoming very wise!

My biggest regret is my ex. I wasted way too much time, energy, and tears, and lost too much sleep over him. He wasn't worth any of it.

I bet you would never do the same thing again with another person. You have to live, hurt, cry, sometimes before it hits us and then we get it :)

That's a tossup. Both have to do with relationships and not communicating better.

Those are 2 good areas where we all learn. The important thing is that you are now wiser and your insight much improved thru your experiences.
